Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase at Rositas. If you are not entirely satisfied, you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at rositas@xtra.co.nz. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will ask you to send your item back to the following address:

Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you should find any defects, damage, or have received the wrong item, contact us immediately.
Non-Returnable Items (Sale Items):
Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale items for a change of mind.
Exchanges:
We want to ensure you get exactly what you're looking for. The quickest way to handle an exchange is to return the original item. Once we receive it and process the return, you can easily place a new order for the correct item.
Refunds:
If your approved refund hasn't appeared in your account after 15 business days, please contact us at rositas@xtra.co.nz, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
