RETURNS POLICY.

FULL RETAIL PRICE ITEMS.  At Rositas, we want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind or find an item doesn't fit, you can exchange it or receive a credit note within 7 working days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange or credit note, the item must be returned in its original, unworn condition, with all original tags and labels securely attached, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. You can return eligible items in person at our store or via tracked post.

For postal returns, please note that the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty. Please ensure the item is securely packaged.

SALE ITEMS. Please choose carefully when purchasing sale items, as we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind on these items. This is following standard retail practice for clearance goods.

FAULTY ITEMS. We stand by the quality of our products. If you believe an item you have purchased is faulty, please get in touch with us as soon as possible with details of the fault. We will assess the issue and meet our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.

SHIPPING. We are pleased to offer shipping throughout New Zealand. 

To receive shipping confirmation and tracking number via email, please ensure you provide a valid email address during the checkout process.

Our standard courier service includes "Authority to Leave" at your specified delivery address. If you prefer to sign for your parcel, please indicate this in the delivery instructions during checkout. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery within New Zealand from the date of shipment. Note that rural deliveries may take longer than urban deliveries.

CLICK & COLLECT. Enjoy the convenience of our Click & Collect service! Place your order online and select the Click & Collect option at checkout. Same-day Click & Collect is available for all orders placed within our business hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
