Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses right across New Zealand using tracked courier services.

Delivery Timeframe: Please allow 2–4 working days for urban delivery from the date of shipment.
Rural Delivery: Please allow an extra 1–2 working days for rural addresses. Please ensure you select the Rural Shipping option at checkout if your delivery address is rural.
Authority to Leave (ATL): Standard deliveries include "Authority to Leave" in a safe place. If you require a signature upon delivery, please state this in the order notes at checkout.
Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow your parcel's journey.

How it works: Select Click & Collect as your delivery option during checkout.

Ready Time: Same-day collection is available for orders placed during store hours.
Notifications: Please wait until you receive an email confirmation stating your order is ready before coming in to collect.
What to bring: Bring your order confirmation email (on your phone is fine!) when you come in.
